Here in Venezuela there’s no way we can learn. On my 14 years of life it has ALWAYS been my dream to learn an instrument, but I mean, the closest conservatory is an hour away from my house, the education has gotten too bad and its way to dangerous, I mean, we haven’t even been able to go to school! The last 9 days the whole country spent only 11 hours WITH electricity, the rest 7 days and 13 hours everything was black. This leads to hunger because every single super market is closed and the food on your fridge gets rotten. So today we don’t have electricity neither, so there are protests, gunshots, riots, lacrimógena bombs and death everywhere, and of course there’s no electricity. So it’s practically impossible for me to learn an instrument😭 Gustavo Dudamel is my role model. And I wish that someday Venezuela can be like it was 20 years ago, and that someday I can learn an instrument and be in the Orquesta Sinfónica of Maracaibo, or in Orquesta Sinfónica Simón Bolivar or maybe even in El Sistema! 🇻🇪❤️
